1990 MB 190E Transmission troubles

I have had this problem for about two years now. This car is in good shape except for the trouble with the transmission. Each time you let in the clutch in gear one, the whole car vibrates with this noise. I have changed the clutch assembly twice without resolving this trouble. Can anyone advice on what could be wrong with this car?
