vehicle specification problems. 1986 cutlass ciera

well im working on a vehicle specification sheet for my auto class and need to find the ignition timing (and if the vaccum advance is connected or not????) and the rpm (idle speed) unfortunatly i cannot find these in any auto manuals that i can get ahold of and i dont have access to the acual car right now.

its running the 2.5L (engine code R, TBI) with the thm125c auto tranny. (tranny doesnt really matter i dont think.)

also for some reason i need to find the valve adjustment for this car but they are hydrolic lifters so there isnt need of any adjustment. (but my teacher wont let this pass. and says i need to find the initial adjustment of them. (IDK what he is talking about. none of the manuals say anything about this)

Disc brake rotor min thickness (JA2)
Drum brake max diameter
RPM idle speed
Intial Valve adjustment specs
