My car has a sever idle surge problem. I have no idea at this point what is causing it or how to fix it, but I got to thinking today that i read last night that the 95s didnt have a cam angle sensor on the motor and i have a new motor and im guessing its out of a 96+ because it has the sensor on the motor, all well. Anyway when I first start my car with its cold(minnesota wether) I have a really bed belt squeek and its not my alternator belt and its like untill the belt catches up i have no power. also my motor runs like ass for the first 15-20 minutes, today i got it up to 4k in 2nd and hit 11psi and the car fell on its face. any ideas as to whats causing any of the idle problems or no power?
Thanks

I would guess the engine having the cam angle sensor when the original one didnt. Maybe a idle speed sensor? I hear they like to shit out on our cars.

OT, are you in Park Rapids, MN? I always thought about that when I saw the PR in your name. I work at McDonalds and the guy that owns mine has one in Park Rapids that we refer to as "PR." Just curious...

Yeah I would check the IAC motor cause it's common for oil to get into the little motor and gumming it up.
