Please Help!!!!

I have a 1984 Prelude and she has problems ok here goes for some reason the charcaol canister is over flowing with gas and gas is just pouring out from under my car. Also i just replaced the fuel cutoff relay but i'am not getting any power to my fuel pump. Someone please help.
