Steering over-boosting?

Hi, is there any way a mechanic could increase the amount of steering boost there is? Im lazy and I'd like it to turn easier like my old truck did. :)

No, it's not adjustable. The only alternative would be to get a gearbox that's geared differently, but that would be expensive, and i'm not even sure there is one available.
