The antenna comes up when you turn on the radio.
I think stock foglights only came on JDM ludes - are they aftermarket installed by the previous owner?

1) You can use a switch from an accord to control your antenna (Down, Half Mast or Full) if you want to control it manually.
2) Yes there is a switch for the foglights, and Gohan Ryu is right in saying they only came on JDM ludes. I have JDM fogs on my lude and I can't be arsed to pay $40 just to have a "JDM" switch. What I did is I went to the junkyard and got an extra hazard switch off another prelude and used that as my switch; $3 and it works dandy.

I just bought the same car 95 srv, and have the same problem the antenna is burnt out or the cable is broken. When I start the car I can hear the antenna motor running but the antenna does'nt move. I have factory fog lights aswell but no switch they're just running lights.
