who's got subs in their late 90s escort?

What sub boxes are you using, and where did you install them? Anyone using a tire compartment box? I'd love to know.

I just bought a standard box from circuit city, 2 10inch xtant subs and a 400w kicker amp.

i'm into modifying and i've modified my escort quite a bit - sound system-wise, i've won 6 trophies for ICE and have lately taken the back seats out and built along with a friend a whole "back seats out" system!

I've got a rear-loaded front-assisted folded-horn design/box in my trunk facing forward. Don't bother researching the design, you won't find it. It's 100% original. I rival most "professional" setups. Need to get it mic'd so I know what SPL I'm pushing.

EDIT - Oh yeah, it's two old 600W 10's.
