I have to replace my upper ball joint on the control arm on the driver side. I plan on doing this tommarow and I was wondering what all I'm going to have to do. I already know the ball joint will have to be pressed into the control arm and I have that taken care of. Does anyone know how compressed the suspension is going to be(its stock). I wasn't sure if I will have to compress the coil or not. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.

You might want to give a dealer a call, I think this was a recall some time back.

I just checked online for recalls for my car and unfourtunatly it was the lower ball joint they recalled. So I won't be that lucky ha.

Well I replaced it and it was alot less complicated than I thought. For some reason I was thinking I had to deal with the coils and all. It actually only took like 30 minutes. So the gsx is back on the road again hunting down some hondas :evillol:
