Window Replacement

Hi, I had my window of my 92 bmw 325i 4dr bashed in recently. The body is of a 96 bmw.

I bought replacement windoews for the rear passenger side. The 1/8 and the main window.

I just need help in how to fit it in.. I tried. Its just not sliding in.. Hwo would I do this.
