My emergency brake is stuck and I was wondering how to fix it?

Virtually every stuck parking brake problem I have ever had is due to rusty/seized cables.
If this is the care, just replace the cables.
Your car has three of them, one forward cable and 2 rear cables, one for each rear wheel). If you are lucky, not all need replacing, but some investigation is required.
