Differences between 2003 SE-R and Spec V?

AFAIK, the manual transmission on the SE-R is only a 5 speed as opposed to the Spec V's 6, and the SE-R has smaller wheels and a less firm suspension. Is that it?
Also, is the SE-R's suspension still relatively tight? Does it come with LSD?

spec has lsd, sport suspension, tuned exhaust, 6 speed, and 17 inch wheels, other than that pretty sure they are same

(the tuned exhaust frees up 10 more hp, or so nissan claims.)

the spec also has a higher compression rate then an SE-R i believe

engine is the same, ecu tunign and different exhaust brought out the 10hp difference, btu the engines are the same
