No Power Locks...heater fan...

Power locks went out...radio fritzed out when I plugged cell phone charger into lighter socket...heater fan is out...

Checked fuses under the dash by steering wheel...nothing seemed burnt out. Is there another place to look? I can tell the A/C or heater is working...just no fan blowing the air out..

if you go through you fuses again its probably fuse markes "courtesy"
