I had posted this question before but it seems that i mis-diagnosed where the sound was coming from, It seems that the rattling is coming from the front of the truck not the middle to rearend, Im thinking one of the suspension components has come loose but the truck isnt acting much different. I was thinking maybe sway bar links but im open to all suggestions. One last thing, alignment is still good, not professionally checked though just drives nice and straight, the only thing i noticed is when going down the highway at about 60 when i go around a right hand turn the steering wheel shimmys a little. Thanks to all!

Could be you got a brake caliper hung up, and have a pad rattling in there.

mine made a clunkish shound when turning and i could feel it though the steering wheel. the intermediate steering shaft needed to be lubed, not sure if that is your rattle. but it seems to be a minor common problem with some of theese trucks

There is a tsb out for the modification of the upper shock mount for front end rattles, get someone to bounce the frt of the truck while you feel the shocks, if they clunk or rattle in you hand thats it. There is a new shock mount upper available for this.

I just changed the shocks on the truck and didnt notice anything abnormal with the shock mounts but i guess it wouldnt hurt to look again.

Just for clarification: I have been deer hunting, I spent the first half of my young life in Pennsylvania then i moved to Ohio and lived there for almost 10 years then i joined the navy. thats how i ended up in Hawaii. I love venison, i could really go for a steak or some jerkey. and i know the opening day is coming up real soon. So to all of you who do get to hunt Good Luck.

The first Day of Shotgun use, I know black powder and bow have already happened, but it might be different in ya'lls state. I just know when Oh. and Pa. open for Rifle and shotgun. Well again to anyone that is luckier than I am and gets to go, Good Luck.
