cold air intake/throttle body spacer

i have a 96 blazer with the 4.3 i was looking into buying a cold air intake and a throttle body spacer with exhaust to follow. i had heard of some people having problems usiing both the intake and tbi spacer and i was wondering if anyone has has any problems with this. also i was looking at a volant intake. i was wanting some suggestions on good intakes and good throttle body spacers too. thanks
