Relax, some one will get to your post . . . . .

You want each end to be the same length, here is a pic of mine which is on the stiffest setting(pic was taken while the car was in the air, so the angles will be different with weight on tires). http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=3052/35564ST_rear_sway.JPG

It's next to impossible to connect the sway bar to the control arm with no weight on the rear tires. Here's what I used to at the track

lift the rear of the car and set it on car ramps so there is weight on the rear tires. you could also crawl under the car while it's on the ground but that's a pain.

If you still need the instruction I could scan them after work tomorrow.

ya can you please scan them....do also do I adjust the swaybar after i decided where i want my ride height to be with the new tein ss's?...I had this bar on forever and couldnt remember the whole process being this only one I ever put on...I just hate thieves...but then again I am glad they lefted the sway bars...lol....one of the few things they didnt take....but ya didnt mean to bump thread twice must of had a glitch or something....

Once you have the end links equal they shouldn't have to be touched unless your changing the ride height a couple of inches. We were way too busy today so I'll scan them tomorrow.

what I also want to know how should the bar be angle in back...up or down...what makes it undertoe or overtoe...I am trying to refresh my memory on how it goes...

The angle should be pretty much level with the ground. The angle of the bar doesn't determine oversteer or understeer, it's the length & placement of endlinks. Shorter the end links means more oversteer which front wheel drive cars are in desperate need of. Longer endlinks mean more understeer which defeats the purpose of an upgraded rear sway. Shortening the endlinks & using the holes closest to the bar will increase the most oversteer.

Here are the instructions which are terrible quality so I had to adjust them accordingly.

Increased oversteer does mean the back will come around first but it's not uncontrollable. All it does is make the car turn better. If you want it unstable(too much oversteer) remove the front sway and set the rear on the tightest setteing, you could get some slap steer. Which means the rear will kick out the way you want while correcting it will slap back and usually result in a spin out(not safe for the street. The only way I can get my car to come around is to drive it way too hard and I know the limits so I don't push them, especially on the street. Shit I haven't driven the car in months, lost my intrest. I'm going back to straight line, that's with a drag bike.

Do like I did drive the car for a few days on the different settings and try another until you find something that suites your style. Just don't go out blasting around corners until your sure of how it will react.

What are you using on the front for a sway? ST or stock?
