03 Explorer Radio Question

Just wondering if any of you know or have installed a Jensen in dash dvd player part # vm9020ts...I went to Circuit City and i was going to buy it but they told me that it will not fit my SUV? I have at the moment the stock stereo, the big one that plays casette, cd, and the radio.. I have more than enough room for it whats the problem? Can anyone please verify this for me. Thanks I really appreciate your help! :)

First you need to look around online and I am sure you can find either that stereo for cheaper or find a better stereo for the same price. Second they make install kits that you can find at autozone to put it in your car. Or circuit city or any other electronics store. If you went to circuit city because you wanted them to install it then you can by a wiring adapter from where ever you get the install kit and they come with scratch and sniff directions on how to install the stereo. Sorry I misunderstood your post. I thought it was a regular stereo. The model you are wanting is for what is call a double din dash opening. You only have a din and a half opening. Unfortunately you will have to go with one that has a motorized screen. I don't think anyone makes one like you are wanting to fit that size opening.
