cooling system '92 3.1

I'm new here folks, hows everyone?

Anyhow I got a problem w/ my car overheating.

I replaced the water pump cause it was leaking but it still overheats but its now leaking now. Could there be a blockage in the radiator or a hose and would the heating core have anything to do with it?

I'm not a auto wiz but I try to fix the problems I get so done laugh if I sound like an idiot.

The reason I asked about the heating core is that there is no hot air when I turn on the heater. It all happened at the same time and I wasn't sure if the problems are related.
