Mk4 Golf Central Locking Probs & WIPERS

Hello,
My 1999 Mk 4 Golf Gt Tdi (110)
When You Open The Drivers Side Door The Passenger Door And Boot Locks Immediatelty.
This Is Intermittant........
Sometimes When You Are In The Car And Driving The Passenger Side Opens And Closes Itself.
I Must Add That The Little Light At The Bottom Of The Door Is Working
Can I Just Pull The Fuse Out For The Central Locking To Stop This Problem?
I Have Also Just Recently Encountered Windscreenwipers Are Now Not Functioning Correctly.
In Fact They Are Very Staggered.
Have To Admit Bought This Car 3 Months Ago And Wish Had Never Gone Near It.
I Also Had The Drivers Side Window Drop Due To A Faulty Regulator.....i Should Write A Book

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP WITH CENTRAL LOCKING AND WIPERS

check the ground under the battery for poor contacts.

guess the passenger side door latch may be faulty (common problem)
