3.0L V6 2000 year engine

Hey folks..I am wondering if Lincoln LS 3.0L V6 2000 year model engine is the same as Jaguar S-type 2000 3.0L V6 engine. I am looking to replace valve cover gaskets and checking if I can order Lincoln LS stock item instead of Jag (I own Stype).

See if you can find the specs on each engine. If measurements, capacities etc are spot on, I should think it would work. I should think you could return it if you don't use it.
