I've got an '86 IROC that I dropped a small block 400 into. It's putting out somewhere between 450 and 500 horsepower. Now I've got a carb on it right now but I was wondering if TPI would handle that kind of horsepower meaning they were made for a 220-240hp 350?

i was wondering that to and silicon212, and 92zcamaroperson said that a prom tune is neccasary, and make it breath better like porting the plenum, etc... ,and make sure you have the right year heads for it all to bolt up to. but i was talking a stock 400. i hope this helps you some.

skip tpi... if you want fuel injected try looking at holly's stealth ram ... (http://www.holley.com/types.asp?type=53)
different setups ranging from 300 to 670hp
edit: o and it looks badass!

TPI can make good power, you would need to upgrade the intake base and plenums though to flow more air.
The only problem with them, is that the intake runners are so long and it makes great power and torque in lower rpms, but starts to give up around 4500-5000 rpms.
