'94 cutting out under load

My '94 with the 2.2 liter eng. is cutting out and bucking like a mule intermittently under load, particularly after changing gears (manual) Any suggestions? Fuel pump? Electrical? Vacuum? HELP!

my 2001 sanoma V6 Auto is in the shop right from doing the same thing, I will let you know what the problem was//Fuel Pump?

My 2001 is done with bucking and running like crap some of the time, mainly when it shifted gears. The fuel injecters were clogged and need to be cleaned, all is well. My 94 S-10 did the same thing but it had more miles on it. Now I am going to add the FI cleaner every month

My Mech admitted he was wrong, the injectors were fine. The problem was the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor, located between the air filter and engine. Pitted air deflection housing, all was replaced and all is well.
