Ok I Have A 91 Chrysler Lebaron Latley When I Would Start My Car In The Morning It Wouldnt Turn Over Rite Away I Would Have To Give A Sec After That And Then The Car Would Start Ok And Of Course Its Fuel Injection So I Wouldnt Ever Have To Touch The Gas. Then One Day When I Left In The Morning The Car Drove For About A Mile And The Engine Cut Out On Me Like I Was Running Out Of Gas I Pulled To The Gas Station And Got Sum Gas And That Didnt Make A Differnce The Car Still Wont Start. Im Not Sure If Its The Fuel Pump In The Gas Tank Or Maybe The Fuel Injectors But I Just Had The Fuel Injectors Changed Last Year. Do You Have Any Idea What The Problem Can Be? Whatever Help U Can Help Me Out With Would Be Great Thanks.

You need to determine if the problem is spark or fuel related. Based on what you said, it sounds like it could be fuel related. Have you replaced the fuel filter?

Your problem sounds a lot like what I've got. It's been over a week since your post though, so I'm hoping you have it fixed and will let me know what was up.
My 92 lebaron wouldn't start when I came out of the grocery store. After pulling it home I checked the spaerk to one of the plugs and had a good spark, so I knew it was a fuel prob. I removed the air cleaner and watched the throttle body as someone cranked the engine, no fuel from the fuel injector. I checked for power at the fuel injector plug while cranking... nothing. I used some jumper wires to put 12 volts on the injector and it shot fuel... so the injector and the fuel pump are working. I performed an engine check light diagnostic and got a 27.
code 27....injector driver...the fuel injector driver is not working with the proper input signals.
Well, that tells me ECM (Engine Control Module) is bad. A friend of mine has a 91 shadow on blocks, he told me I could have the ECM out of it as long as I put the bad one in it's place. Cool. I swapped them out,but I still have the same problem, fuel injector is not firing and I still get a code 27 on the diagnostic test. Unfortunately there is more missing from the shadow so I can't try to turn it over and see if it works. I am at my wits end here. I'm really hoping you have some good news for me.

Sounds like you've narrowed it down some more, though. Track the path it takes from the battery to the fuel injector driver, see what else can be in the way that could go bad....remember wiring can go bad as well.

well, that sounds like its the fuel pump to me,but i cannot tell without further inspection of it. When you roll the key to the ON position do you hear the pump runnning for 2 sec. If not then it may be the pump. Thats what most people do, the pump goes bad and they think their fuel gauge is lying so they fill the tank and now the mechanic has to drain the fuel from it in order to replace the tank.

Do you have spark? if not check the condition of the coil wire and the distributor p/u plate, very common failures for the 4 cylinder cars, is the timing belt going round?
