If it doesn’t turn over. Check your battery. Make sure that your connection are good and tight. Let us know what you find.

Sounds like your CPI injector is leaking.
Do a search for CPI injector and you will find out what you need to replace.

Check fuel pressure at the shrader valve... Then check for spark..

Just to add a little something. You should have around 60 - 65 psi at the shrader valve.

I replaced the fuel filter, and checked the pressure, it was 30-35 psis. It safe to say its a bad fuel pump or could it be something else ....thanks

real dumb question I know but,
how do you "check for spark"????
is that where you pull the plug wire boot and hold it close to the plug and check for spark jumping across ???

Your cpi injector, nut kit, or the fuel pump is bad.
You have a 1995, my money on the first two.

I agree with BlazerLT. You should do a leak down pressure test. If your pressure is stable after 5 minutes. I would change the fuel pump. If it not stable and you loose more than 1 psi. You should check your Plenum for washing. You'll probably need to replace your CPI and Nut Kit.

Check your coil and connections at the ignition module attached to the coil.

Don't overlook the two ignition fuses in your fuse panel. That's how our problem began. It progressed to being totally dead (zero spark). If you replace everything in the entire ignition and fuel injection systems, including the vcm and battery, and still have no spark, then you will be in the same boat as me with our '95 s-10 Blazer 4.3W with its "one year only" abortion of an ignition and fuel system. You are well on your way.
I now have to surrender the vehicle to a local shop to put limitless hours ($$$) into tracing every wire in the vehicle harness to find what they, and I, now think must be a busted/burnt/shorted wire... Ah, the garbage being manufactured in the USA from Mexican parts these days...
I'm buying my old '72 Blazer (now THAT's a REAL American truck!) back from my buddy and never buying a computer-chip-n-plastic vehicle again. Junk, junk, junk... Poorly engineered and built even worse. If the computers don't work, the world comes to an end. How did mankind ever make it to this point of utter pathetic dependency on something so fragile and unreliable? Sorry. Am I ranting? I used to love wrenching on my vehicles. These new ones make me want to puke at the mere thought of even opening the hood. :banghead:
