windows stuck

can someone please tell me how to change my window regulators for my 1996 honda civic ex driver and passenger sides?

First, take off the door panel, obviously, then take out the window. The windows are held in by two bolts onto the regulator, just loosen the bolts, and slide the regulator to the side so that the tabs on the window will slip past the bolts (you'll know what i mean when you see it). Next, take out the few bolts that hold on the regulator, then the regulator just lifts out the top of the door where the window was. You might have to work with it to get it to easily fit out, but it does. There's really not much in there, so it's fairly simple once you see it.
