new spark plugs for my lude?

I've had very good luck with Magnecor wires and Denso iridium plugs. very expensive combination as they run about $140 all together.

I ran them while the motor was boosted, and not a single ignition issue... even without an aftermarket ignition system.

Personally I would just replace them (if they need to be replaced at all)! As long as you don´t use a turbo/ SC/ NOS/ ... you won´t need a better ignition. The stock ignition of the 5th gen is already damn good as far as I know.

By the way, drift, how have modified your parking brake for better cornering ability? ;) :D

i removed the button/lock mechanism and shortened the cable to 6 click full engagement of the brake.

i've seriously done it. now i just avoid parking on steep hills.

Sounds like a kinda weird but interesting idea to me.
So you´ve removed the button so that you don´t have to push it anymore and shortened the cable so that you´ll get the hole braking power earlier than stock!? (Sorry, didn´t know how to explain it!)
Not that I want to do it myself, I´m just curious. :)
