chime for lights

86 P.A. chime for the lights being left on when keys are out worked for awhile then one day just would chime once or twice, then just went out. Can any let me know where to find chime? Also was wondering how lights on top of dash works. When lights are on the dots would light up. told me light was out. replaced light now light works and dot shows dim.
