Poor performance 03' B2500TD

I have a problem with my B2500td. It would go like a boeing one minute and lose power the next. I have replaced all the injectors and gave it a full service. I have ruled out filters, injectors, diesel quality, brake drag, slipping clutch and egr system.
What the hell could still be wrong.
