Power Door Locks,Click to lock while Driving

I have a 1996 Buick Regal all power.
As I drive all my power door locks click to lock all my doors. But they are already lock. Sometime they lock 3 or 4 time in a row then it stops. Then later it starts again. Where do I start to look for the problem.
Also this has happen to me twice, when the power door locks click on to lock the door my interior lights turn on and off.
