Torque Specs

Need the torque specs for the upper and lower intake manifold on my 93 lumina Z34 3.4. I had to rip off both intake manifolds to fix the oil leak coming from the oil pump drive. Time to put back on the intake manifolds. Was told the upper takes 30 foot pounds but not sure what the lower takes or if there is a tighting sequence. Anyone out there who can help me out with the info on this ?
