Paint and Performance

To start I have a 94 V6.
I was wondering how much would a semi-custom paint job cost a tribal design on both sides.
Theres no rust but there is one dent (in the rear quarter panel) and one gash (in the rear bumper)
Plus I was wondering what it should feal like when I mash the gas??
it'll squeel the tires for about 10 feet but is that normal??
And it is slugish from about 45 MPH and up.
Is there any easy way to check the plugs/wires/coils?

first off a custom paint job will run u anywhere from 3-5k depending on where u get it done, graphics arent cheap, and they cost alot to paint..and when u say tribal what do u mean? i pray u are not talking about one of those fast and furious things that were on the doors of all the cars...that will be so not cool. paint jobs arent cheap unless u go to macco or earl shibb (however u spell that fools name). and as for the none pickup, your car needs a tune up thats all....and its not fun to do. good luck with that one, ide rather change plugs on a ls1 before i do on a v6

I was thinking of something like this but I haven't desided exactly what I want but it will be black with the design eather blue or red (if I go with the tribal design).
I want it to wrap around not just on the doors.

and what does a tune up entail?? oil/air/fuel filters and what else??

filters prob wouldn't hurt

plugs, wires, cap, rotor, pcv valve is what comes to mind now

Paint is EXPENSIVE so do what im doing..teaching myself...get some books read up...and talk to people....thats my :2cents: i have even seen paint jobs done in people driveways that look decent...garage is better though

I will be forced to take a hammer to any Camaro with that bullshit all over it.

It's because of people that make their base model Camaros look fast that ricers go around bragging "oh dude I beat this mad Camaro mang! I didn't even need the NAWWWSS!"

The closest thing to tribal I would ever put on my car would be some kind of classic pinstriping that was popular back in the 40s-50s. Somewhat like this:

I could have sworn there was a specific name for that style of pinstriping, but it's either escaping my mind or something.

Even then it would be very minimal and subtle. Probably in the middle of the rear glass, unless the C-A-M-A-R-O lettering was filled in and flush with the body, in which case it would go there.
