sorry if this has already been asked i cant figure out how to remove the stock radio on my 99 elantra if neone has any information please let me know

You need to remove the trim around it to get to the mounting screws. For info on that, try searching this forum and the one at hyundai-forums.com
btw: that trim is the same for 1996-2000, so any info on those years will apply. Just search around a bit, it's been addressed several times.
