need some help

I need some help with my car. When I give it some gas, it is sputtering. It does it in 1,2,3,4,and 5. I just changed the up stream o2 sensor and a the fuel filter and it is still doing it. Any suggestions?

Does the car have any modifications, or have you serviced or had anything serviced lately other than what you said, and what kind of car? Does it do it in just a certain rpm range, or in any range?

if it sounds like a lawnmower check the plugs, wires and distributor it could not be getting spark.

sounds like only running on 3 cylinders, check plug wires

pull the plugs and look at them....post pics of them so we can see what's up if you don't know what to look for.....the i would say check the wires if not get new ones.....

If neither of those is the problem, you could check the distributor.....If it isn't spark related, then we start lookin elsewhere!!
