Both answers are basically right. The 91-93 were 9.5 and the 94+ were at 12 (hence the hp jumping from 300 to 320 on the same engine). You can safely boost the stock parts to 14 psi (you'll need a boost controller or a $3 bleeder valve)

how can that be?
what am i doing wrong then?
because i cant boost more then 12.3
when i go above that.. like the car jurks or the guy who installed the mods said that its not safe to do that...
how can my car wont boost more then 12.3
ive done alot of mods to it
ive added gt357 tubos
hks super dragger exhast
k&n intake
blitz sbc-id boost controller
denso supra fuel pump
and hks ssbov
and all the pipping in the car.

I run 16 psi on my Spyder with the stock 9b turbos, 550 injectors and a greddy boost controller. While you will never hurt your car by going at 12.3, from the sounds of things, you should be able to go right up to 15 without any problems what so ever. If you upgrade your fuel injectors, you can go up to 18-20psi easily with those 357s.
Make sure you're BOV is in good working order. If its not in tip top shape, you could be leaking pressure.
