looking for some outthere who know what and how I can solve some problems I got whit my camry. First the steering wheel - when i pull hard I can take it up about 5 cm - what is wrong? Second when starting the idle speed donīt slow down, sound same as the cold starter work all the time - what to do? Have been told that it could be the timing, but I donīt think so. Any solutions shall be appriciated.

Hmm. 97, eh? Well, I know it isn't really an acceptable AutomotiveForums answer, but your problem is the age of your car!
Kidding aside, you have steering system wear (and that could be in a number of places), and your throttle body might need cleaning for the other problem.
What kind of maintenance has the car had?
