Launching 1998 CL 3.0L

Does brake torquing fuck up the tranny on the 3.0L 1998 CL?

Or should I just do the e-brake drop... and if so what rpm?

i'm sure brake torquing is not good for you tranny, but it the best way to launch the car.... stall it up to about 2300 rpms
