Clock and mirrors don't work

Wondering if anyone can help with this problem. The dash clock and side mirrors do not work. I checked the 10 amp fuse behind the little coin holder left of the stirring wheel and replaced it and they still don't work. Is there another fuse that might be connected with these two things that I am missing? Car is 1999 SLE.

I have the same problem after the vanity mirror short curcuited. Did you fix yours? How?
