Engine Error Code P3110 for 2000 Seinna

The check engine light came on in my 2000 Toyota Seinna. I read the code as P3110, Fuel air metering auxillary emission controls. I have looked in various books and can not find this error code or exactly what the next step would be for trouble shooting this problem. Any suggestions?

I've never run into this one before, but it is related to the carbon cannister that is used to absorb gas fumes from the gas tank. I overheard someone in the Toyota dealership complaining about having to get a new cannister and then having problems again a week later. It's apparently easy to misdiagnose the cause of this one. I'd check the gas fill line and the vent tube that runs alongside the fill line. Other threads seemed to be having problems along this line. Check to see if the valve that isolates the cannister from wherever it connects to the intake is stuck. Best I can tell you for sure is that the error deals with the evaporative emmisions system (ie carbon cannister).
