I'm getting water in the cab on the passenger side. Are there drains I can access?

You mean floor drains??
No, there should be no drains because water should not be getting in at all.
Any water inside tends to soak the carpet underpad, which takes months to dry, and will eventually fust the floor through.
IMO you should find and repair or seal the leak.
Have someone spray small areas of the truck with a garden hose so you can get inside and look for the leak.
In my experience, the ventilation duct in front of the windshield, or the windshield seal are favourite places for leaks.

I believe the water is coming in from the front. Currently I'm covering up the cab when its parked at home. It soaks the carpet when and can get a little funky. I learned to soak up as much of the water as possible and let the car air out but that isn't always possible. Other vehicles I've had allowed you to access the ventilation/drainage area below the front windshield but based upon my inspection of the Ranger that area seems to be welded together. I figured it was going to be a repair shop job but was hoping I was missing something. Thanks anyway

I'm having the same issue with a 1990 Ranger, and can't find a way to access below the hood cowling, or where the windshield wipers are. Seems to be welded as you say. I'm sure the weep holes must be plugged up, if I could just get in there...Any other help? Thanks!

Hey BobbyV326,
I had a leak similar to yours in an older Ranger I had. I finally tracked it down... It was a small crack in the body putty in the door gutter... You really couldn't even see the crack... It was very frustrating. To fix it..I broke out the suspect body putty... Bondoed it back in and painted it with touchup paint. After getting the leak fixed I ended up taking the carpet padding out (smelled like mildew) and replacing it with copious amounts of newspaper. It worked very well... Also if it happens to be in the trim of the windshield, they make FLOWABLE silicone... Which fixes leaks very well
Good Luck...
