It won't start at all

I have a 1992 S-10 Tahoe 4x4 with a 4.3l V6. It has a TBI system. I can't get the thing to start. I put a new ignition control module, cap, rotor, plugs, fuel filter & it just won't fire. I have pressure at the filter. I have spark. Help me ! !
