How do I power all speakers from one amp?

Introduction/Setup:
I have a 92 Civic EX (4dr). I am soon to be getting a 600x2 Alpine amp (Don't know much more than that). My head unit is a 3yr old Pioneer basic CD player w/ 45x4w amp built in. I have replaced all factory speakers w/ Pioneer 6.5's in the front and Sony Xplod 6.5's in the rear. Those speakers require 35w rms. You can see that it doesn't take much before my head unit is tapped out.
What I'd like to do is to run all my 6.5's plus my subs (I'll be installing them after I get the amp) off this amp. My question is, how? I am completely unknowledgable about how to do this. I will be working with a friend, who has a system, but hasn't done what I would like to do. I guess to narrow it down, how to I make the connections for the door speakers on the amp? Is it possible? Any help is apperciated.
PS - The location of the amp will be in the trunk, if that makes a difference in how the cable would be ran, if this can be done.

Well your speakers dont REQUIRE 35 watts, thats just the recommended. They can go off 5 watts if thats what was powering them. And your head unit won't be "tapped out." It gives equal power to each speaker.
As far as amping, I would really really really suggest a 4 channel amp to go along with your 600w. You should be able to pick one up for under $150. Wiring all your speakers off a 2 channel 600w will be a HUGE pain in the a$$ and will sound like sh!t. Trust me...even if you can't afford the 4 channel amp now, use your head unit until you can.
