Buick G.N lowrider

Hi guys i got a progress thread for ya. the pictures suck and dont show the proper color, the main color is dead on but the pics make the patterns look to light. i covered the bumpers in bmf, there not great but i wanted them chrome. tell me what ya think so far, and any ideas you might have.

Looks cool, wild paint job. Nice to see someone else being original with a GN instead of basic black. Im doing a 2 tone blue and silver one progress pics are posted on here. Keep up the good work

not only is it not basic black but the only thing thats gonna tell you its a g.n is the fender flares and hood hump. under the hood is gonna be a chevy 350 and the intior is getting all new seats and whatnot. i whould love to see yours if you can post a link.

yea someone else just said that a lowrider is suposed to be for show and to cruise not fly by you at 130 with the tires smokeing.

Yeah every car should fly by with the tyres smoking. Nice looking GN man i wish Revell would re-release it. If you were to make a real version of this the 'lowrider guys' in Australia would kick your ass, they dont have much imagination apparently.

what do you mean? i think anybody whould kick my ass for chopping up a g.n, if i where to build a 1:1 replica i whould use a regal. theres a guy up here who put painted his real g.n bright yellow and slapped 20's on it, im sure he gets alot of shit for it,lol.
