Usually the culprit on 3.1's is crank sensor and /or ignition module. If you replaced the module(with a new one, never a used one) then most likley crank sensor. Both will cause stalls when hot. Only other thing I could think of would be fuel pump going bad...

Do you have spark and or injector pulse when it won't start, these are basic checks, not just putting in parts?

Another common problem is the ECM. IF your car still has the original computer in it, and it has the service number of 1227727, it's probably bad. Like Maxwedge said, check to see if you have spark and/or injector pulse before throwing expensive, sometimes difficult to replace parts at a problem(the ignition module being one of them).
