Why does'nt my B18 in my 95 civic hatch start? I used the same harness in the civic... I crank the engine all 4 injectors sprays after the engine turns at least 3 to 4 times. if i sprayed starting fluid it woulsd start, then keep running but is i don't use any it would not start. HElP!!!

Im sorry did i make a mistake? maybe the 95 civic hatch dx is an ODB2. If not the car has never been converted. I bought it with the 1.5 engine in tact.

what ecu are you running? you need to convert to obd1 with a p72 or run a obd0 wiring harness with the resistor pack because the injectors are different between obd1-obd0 diff voltages. if you go obd1 you need the distrib 4 wire o2 and ecu

Hey! Guess what? its working. OK. The engine is OBD0 (91 B18 ls) the car is OBD1(95 civic hatch) Well it turns out that i was still useing the distributor for the OBD0 on the OBD1 computer. So i got my 92 civic D 15 LX distributor used a set if vice grips and clamped it to the B18 ls and it worked :screwy: So I'm gonna take the gutts out of one of those and put them in the LS distributor housing. Thanks guys.... Trazique

Ihave an automatic 95 civic hatch and just installed a B18 engine and cable trans (5speed) into it whats the best way to get a clutch pedel into the civic. since they didnt have a cable trans in that model.
