I have spent hours on the internet trying to find info on the fireing order AND which side of the engine (front 3 or back 3) spark plugs are for cylinders number 1 and 3. on my 2002 24 valve engine.
Boy, I sure hope I find a Haynes manuel soon for this car so I can stop bugging all you guys with these basic questions.
Thanks again for all responces and help !!!

im not sure of the firing order and not sure why you would need it.regardless your engine has 2 banks. bank one contains cylinders 1,2 and 3. if you look at the engine from the front(the side where the serpentine belt is located) bank one is on the left side.cylinder one is the one closest to the front followed by 2 and 3. so plug #1 is closest to the front and #3 is closest to the rear of the engine. so that leaves bank two(on your right if you are looking at the engine from the front) which contains cylinders 4,5,and 6,in that order.
