2000 Intrepid, put in new timing chain and new heads (bent valves), now it tries to start when primed but only 2 cylinders are getting spark (tried different coil packs that I know are good), and also only 2 injectors are firing (tried 6 different injectors from another engine that ran fine). Checked ground straps to engine, fine. Ran OBDII, got only error code po622. Is there something that has to be reset in the computer when changing timing chain or heads? Tried memory reset to factory defaults, NFG. What would make only 2 coils fire and only 2 injectors to fire when I know the injectors and coils are good? Any Chrysler factory experts out there? THANKS!

first, did you have all the colored links lined up on the timing chain when you put it back together? If anything is off, that engine will never fire off. The only thing that control the coils and plugs is the PCM and the ASD relay that supplies 12V to the coils and plugs. Since you say that there are two good coils, that means that the ASD is energizing and working. The code you mentioned: P0622= Generator Field Not Switching Properly. That means that there's a fault in your alternator circuit. Did you reconnect all the wires back to your alternator properly? That is what it is sounding like based on the error code you gave.
