Remove The Front Of Your Dash. You Will Have To Put The Truck Into 1st Gear In Order For The Dash To Clear The Steering Column. It Is Fairly Easy, It Should Just Pull Right Out. After That Remove You Gauge Pod. I Believe It Is 4 Phillips Screws. You Will See On The Back Of The Gauge Cluster How To Adjust The Shift Indicator. Let Me Know How It Goes

you need to take the trim that goes around the gauge cluster off. that should just pry off. you should be able to pull it off without prying it. then you will need to take the gauge cluster off. that has 4 phillips screws. you will see them once you have removed the trim around the cluster.

believe it or not there was an adjustment a big white nylon knob to adjust the shift indicator. Noticed this about 1/2 hr after playing with the little cable connectec to the indicator. adjusted it and all is ok.
thanks for the responses and help.
