Tuner chips

I have an 01 V6 w/ CAI and Aftermarket exhaust. Would it be worth buying a tuner chip? If so who would ba a good company to look at and lastly what is the installation like, just plug in or what? Anything would be great.

get SCT and if you are finished modifying it then get ot dyno tuned w/ a set of cam gears, other wise just get the base tune and wait till you are finished moding to dyno tune it.
