Hennessey SRT-10 Viper

Has anybody seen this thing. I want to build it. I need help with the wheels, are there anything like these in the aftermarket? Looks like some custom work to the front fascia (bumper) is in order, unless somebody is planning a resin one? The first set of rims look like some BBS LM rims, I think that there are some of these made. The second ones I'm not too sure about. The front bumper and hood would need to be fabricated/modified heavily, but it looks like a fun project.

I live about 2.26 miles from his shop! But I heard his customers saying that he rips them off and sometimes doesn't even do the modification when paid! Then sometimes he steals parts off of his customer cars! Also, who pays $14500 for only an extra 50 HP? He is a crook!:angryfire

Then down the road is RSI which also does vipers and is even in C&D magazine! but they have a good reputation.

Anyways, front bumper is going to be scratch built, but second wheels could be made from modified TE37's.

The SRT wheels are 12-spoke. I don't know of any 12 spokes in 1/24. Blitz Technospeed Z1's are 10. OZ Superturismos, Amistad R's are 16. LM's have too many spokes as well.

For the coupe wheels, as seen in the SEMA display, you can try some Longchamps XR-4Z Kai's by Aoshima(not the stretchwall kind). I don't have a pic, as my set is not available to me right now, but it's close. They're OOP, so it might be a tough find. Modifying TE37's might be a better idea.

The coupe version in black looks very wicked. Might try building it once the coupe model is released.

Yup, right there at the Westside Airport. His cars are undoubtedly fast, but he's been the target of several lawsuits from many unsatisfied customers with a variety of problems. Parts swapping, charging for a mod and getting less than described, missing delivery dates, etc. This is just what I've read and heard about locally. True or not, don't know, but I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my $100k Viper with stuff like that floating around.

Isnt the hood just the stock one?

He bought the car this year. It had 850 hp, which he did not think was enough. It now boasts bigger turbos, intercooler and nitrous. He is over the 1200 mark.

yea hennessey has a bad rep with the viper crowd. As for wheels i think those are iForged but not positive. Good luck if you decide to build it, it'd be hard no doubt.
