Power Mirrors On A 92 Stealth???

I just acquired a 92 Dodge Stealth ES.
I just found out that he Power Mirrors don't work.
Neither the Left or Right.
Is it possible there is a Blown Fuse and if so, where would it be located?
I'm a newbie here so please keep it simple.

my power mirrors went out the same time that my ciggerette lighter went out. i think they are on the same fuse. the fuse box is up under the dash on the far left side.
