Ultra White Headlight Selection Help

I am trying to get some ultra white and very bright lights but I need some help with which kind I should get. I already purchased some APC Ultra White (9006 HB-4) headlights and I don't really know what to do with them since I'm a novice mechanic.
I drive a 95 Mazda 626 and it has high beam and low beams slots for the bulbs, like most cars, and I don't know where to put these certain headlights. And are the bulbs for the high beams and low beams the same? Please help a noob out a bit, thanks.

Nokya stage 2 blue or purple......i have yellows
you're going to need different wiring harnesses though, but those babies are bright!
